Origin + Story
Despite the common name, Moonlight Pothos is not actually a pothos (Epipremnum). It belongs to the genus Scindapsus, a close relative in the Araceae family. Native to the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, particularly Borneo and Sumatra.
The 'Moonlight' form has thick, slightly glossy leaves in a pale silvery green that appears almost luminous. Leaves are smaller and more oval-shaped with a sturdier, more succulent texture. It is less commonly available and grows significantly slower, which is part of its appeal to collectors. This is a patient plant for patient people.
