Origin + Story
Sold under 'Peperomia Thailand' and sometimes 'Peacock Peperomia.' The trade name varies, the plant is the same.
The Peperomia genus spans the tropical regions of Central and South America. Most species grow as small understory plants or epiphytes. This cultivar was selected for its compact form and dramatic leaf patterning.
Small, oval leaves with deep green and silver-gray banding running along the veins. Compact, desk-sized, easy to underestimate.
Grows well in small spaces, in terracotta pots, on desks, and with collectors who like the quieter members of the genus.
