Sometimes labeled 'Ruby Pink' or 'Pink Ruby' at retail. The variegated cousin of the standard rubber plant. Pink coloration intensifies with brighter light.
Same species as the Burgundy and Tineke, native to South and Southeast Asia. The variegation is a cultivar selection, propagated for its pink, cream, and green marbling.
Cream, pink, and green marbling on broad, oval leaves. New growth comes in pink, deepens to cream, then settles into the marbled adult color. A slow reveal.
Grows well alongside cream and clay tones, mid-tone wood, soft natural light, anywhere the variegation can catch the eye.
